I loved the beta, I would say I wanted a bit more but I think bungie did that for a reason for us to look forward for the final game. I love the classes warlock, titan and hunter. Based on what I've seen they've really improved the story and added loads of cinematics and things to do. I'm thinking of maining either warlock or titan. Why not do all 3 😂

Jup still on the hype train to release station

Weapons are bit weak, need more ammo drops, I completely ran out a couple of times. Super needs to charge faster, grenades need to charge faster. Don't care much for the loadout setup, prefer D1's loadout better. The 2 primaries are fine, just need to go back to having a special and a heavy loadout. Other than those things, I liked everything else. Actual in game story so far is great.

Modificato da PhantomBrown: 7/23/2017 1:19:42 PMThere's more things I like than dislike and I'm still very excited to play on September 6th!

3 RisposteThe PvE is great, but the PvP is awful. I feel slower than Destiny 1, it feels like you have to have a premade group to even have a chance, the TTK is way too long, and the biggest issue, in my opinion, is the ability cooldown. The abilities are what made Destiny unique, now they are just underwhelming. I've had many games where I haven't even gotten my super, I don't even understand why that is a thing. I will definitely still buy Destiny 2 for the story, the first mission was the selling point for me. But if the PvP is just like this in the full game, there is no way I'd play it.

So far, I'ver had fun in the beta. More fun than D1 during RoI. Beta does have its faults though: Power ammo, ability charge rates, pretty much what people have been talking about. It was addressed in the weekly update, so will probably change by launch or soon after. Hunters have little utility on a team, much like y1 Destiny. Chains of woe is ok, but they need something more that would warrant picking them over a warlock or titan. The only class ability that provides zero benefit to the team. Dawnblade warlocks need increased weapon accuracy when shooting whiler gliding. No point in giving that option when i can't hit anything. Sidearms are in a weird limbo. Smgs do what they so but way better. Handcannons hit harder. The needle is the worst weapon in the beta right now, and i see the whole archetype following that trend into the full game.

I've been more PvE than PvP however I must say I really enjoy the crucible in D2. It rewards accuracy and tactics with the low super charge only emphasizing more. No kills no super. The charge rate should be increased slightly unless the plan was pure mayhem in the last minute of play. PvE enjoyment is about the same as D1 with the concerns of super charges, ammo drops, etc that have been mentioned.

wheres the dislike option????

1 Rispondi
If you want to post CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM feel free to do so. I just dont want see people saying "because its dumb"
It's -blam!-ing trash because it's just teamshotting and impossible to get into a 1v1. All the guns suck all the abilities suck and it's a bad slow game.

I can't believe people have negative opinions about this game. Is there anyway to ban them from the forums?
-
41 RisposteWe aren't being negative, just honest.

1 RispondiModificato da Dayknight: 7/23/2017 1:19:18 PMI liked the beta, and im intrested to see more of the game itself. Supers do need a faster charge time, and some of the weapons do feel weak. However this is the beta.

I LOVE D1. It's my fav game evarr. I'm in a solid clan who has played all content and kicked its arse. I couldn't be more excited for the next chapter. I also know this was a beta, with content that's already been tweaked since its release. All of that said, I found the beta absolutely and disappointingly BORING. Weapons in particular.

0 likes so far, yeah, beta was great

20 RisposteModificato da ITzTricky_x: 7/23/2017 1:27:10 PMNot great. Too slow TTK in PvP. Hit registration lag / inconsistent in PvP Guns just don't sound as good as in D1. Supers and abilities charge too slow in PvE Not enough power ammo in PvE.

2 RisposteBeta's a solid 7/10 for me. We don't have much content to play, but I can understand bungie not wanting to release more content in a beta after D1. You had like a third of the content in D1's beta, so when the full game came out we felt like we'd played most of it. The new time to kill suits destiny better. It encourages team play while rewarding you for winning gunfights. Abilities (hunter main here for the record) and guns all feel viable, maybe sidearms need some love but after playing with all the weapon types I think they're all viable. I just dislike the six shooter golden gun perk, and with it I'm kinda forced to use it with the other perks. Power ammo drops in PvE have been addressed in the weekly update and I'm sure after the backlash from the community bungie's heard us about the slow ability recharges. Some of the settings in the menu aren't functioning properly, HuD can't turn off, and you can't take off helmet in social spaces. Enemy types in PvE are subtly different, psions have a new ability to throw you in the air and phalanxes have a different kind of shield, with a weak spot in the middle of it and they can extend it to a one way shield. Gladiators and warbeasts are well done enemy types. The strike has more movement and brain power than most Y1 strikes in D1 because of the drill and the boss changing locations and lighting the ground on fire.
