Went Full Retard
So, you know, I quit my Destiny addiction. Then I heard about a new dlc. Okay, so I watch it. Apparently, so far the only way to get Year 2 Gjallarhorn is to preorder. We all know Ghorn is OP. Especially is the Crucible. So if I pay for this new DLC beforehand, I get the best rocket launcher in the game? Without having to do anything? That's fair.

Preordering just gives you the black and silver one, everyone gets the regular one with the quest, you just get 2, one black, and one normal

Read the fine print. You still have to complete the quest for it.
