A simple way to make Zen Meteor a worthy inhabitant of your exotic slot is to change it's proc from on kills to on crits. If they changed Zen Meteor to proc the extra damage bullet on 3 consecutive precision shots it would actually make the gun worth taking into raids and make the gun worthy of the exotic slot. The guns biggest problem is that it's exotic perk makes it useless for any real content outside of just screwing off while on patrol. If they made this simple change it would see a lot more use without making it the mandatory weapon for your exotic slot. Black Spindle would still be the superior exotic DPS tool thanks to no reloading needed but Zen Meteor could offer an interesting choice with this simple change. Thoughts?
