Still think the division didn't kill destiny?
Stop lying to yourself these servers are dead. There's only hardcore players less. The great migration has begun. Bungie you have only yourself to blame.

- firebolt Viking funeral (not even addressed as op) you now have 3 sunsinger teams in trials regularly
- matchmaking seems to change every day
- speaking of matchmaking the division has it in every game mode. You still fail to see the importance of this. Or maybe you're just being ignorant and forcing us to grind way to long for top gear.
- the division has a road map planned out for the community, you continue to give us sounds garbage. Nobody wants to know how sounds were made.
- not responding to threads where the community has responded over 6000 times (pathetic deej)

5 RisposteIt didn't kill it because people didn't quit. The Division is something new and fresh. Once the content or even Destiny 2 comes around, the population will come right back. So unless bungie shuts down destiny servers due to lack of player activity, it ain't dead.

The only thing that killed destiny is bungie . I like the division and it is a really fun game , but if bungie ever decides to utilize all the things that destiny can be , i will be back . Sadly bungie people are dumb as shit,and they are just letting destiny slowly die . But i will enjoy myself with the division till another game i like gets released and hope that destiny will give me a reason to play again.

1 RispondiI do 160K DPS in Division only 1 piece of gear thay isnt high end. Destiny will still be alive for a long time.

7 RisposteDue to this post I decided to read up on The Division. Sounds like a fairly good game apart from a from a few issues. I don't like the idea of being forced into a PvP area in order to progress further, especially when that area can make you lose XP because you weren't able to go in as a team and got spawn killed every few minutes by other players. That doesn't sound like fun to me. Broken gun in the game has been found - the Midas. Network dropouts. Almost no meaningful interaction with other players (in a MMO-billed game) until you get into the aforementioned PvP area (Dark Zone), where those players can turn on you at any time. Best loot only to be found in the Dark Zone, forcing players in there, rather like the raids in Destiny. Where's the originality? It doesn't sound like Ubisoft had pushed the boat out at all, but rather opted for a safer approach to shooter genre games. The loot system sounds like it had been copied from many other games because it's a known system that people recognise. Ironically, I seriously considered buying the game (it's a Tom Clancy billed game for starters), but can't see myself getting it now. Destiny may not survive, but I seriously doubt The Division will be the cause of that. That said, anyone who enjoys playing The Division, good on you.

6 RisposteI've been playing division. Almost done with the game. It seems if you've done all the encounters and side mission there's nothing left to do except the dark zone.

not played Destiny since the Division i love customising my weapons with mods , the vendors are more interesting & being able to work on improving base is Cool + i love the whole game style and gameplay and sadly destiny has nothing else left for me ive bled that game dry

1 RispondiJust got the division today and played quite a bit. I like it a lot so far. I'll be back on destiny more frequently when new content drops but it's nice to have something else to do in the division now too :-)

The Division isn't a horrible game. I actually enjoy it, but whenever I finish it, I'm going right back to Destiny.
