No its way different.
To get to 30 you needed the armour piece on a specific character.
No you can get any piece and infuse.

I was there day one mate... I struggled through the vault with shadow price, knocked off the templar with warlock grenades and made Atheon Swan dive off his platform. Maybe I was lucky, I had a full VoG set pretty quickly. I tell u what won't happen quick tho... A 320 ghost shell, which is all I need now - hence the frustration. Thank you for giving ur opinion
