Who would win?
The Spartan and the Terminator Veteran will both be given a standard load-out.
Neither opponent is named, so plot protection and 'he's too lucky to die' will not protect either opponent from dying.
This is a 1v1, no backup and no assistance.
If you are unfamiliar with Space Marine Terminators, i would advise you to study up on them instead of just answering Spartan 2 without thinking it over.
I imagine Spartan 2s are 'well known' here, and as such i will provide no link.
