Lost All
Please help me, my account was banned from live unjustly fault of agents and lost my characters since I can no longer play with her so I opened this account, how do I recover all my progress one year set for this new account?

You can't. Basically you can't login to your Destiny account anymore since the Live account associated with it is banned.
