Make RAIDS entrance like STRIKES, CRUCIBLES or PRISON OF ELDERS
HI,
when you are not at level 300+ it is almost impossible to be part of raids
Here is my suggestion
Why don't you use the same logic (most of it) that you have when entering a strike, a crucible or the prison of elders
for exemple
1. make few level of raids 240, 260, 280, 300, 300+
2. according to his/her level the player will have access to those different raids
3. when entering a raid, the player will be matched with other players of his rank or close to
Just by doing this you will help quite a big number of players left alone

Or... start your own raid on one of the LFG websites. Explain in notes that you are looking to work on the raid and that if any experienced people would like to join to help out, that would be great. Many people will ask to join and you will get help. there are nice people out there who love to help out. Also, use #recruitment or # Raids. but as this was feedback or a suggestion, it should be placed in #feedback. good luck! Oh, and watch the raid on youtube as much as you can before you go in, so you know at least a little about what you're doing. or at least, what to expect. And expect to wipe a few times...

Raids are meant to be end game activities that are HARD. You can do normal on 290+. Grind out the normal RAID and strikes until you are 300+ then have at hard mode.
