23 RisposteWell officially lost all hope for this game. Been here since the alpha and this might finally finish the game. No raid? Really? Who at Bungie was like "Hey you know the one thing most Destiny players have been waiting for the last couple months? Well lets just throw it out the window because they really don't need it that bad." -blam!- this game. Guess I have to wait till Comet now but my hopes with that is very slim now too.

It says it's coming later in the year, which is bullshit because they already delayed the dlc itself and that's what everyone's looking forward to. If they try to charge us for the raid, I'll be -blam!-ing pissed, I've already paid them $100 for $20 worth of content

7 RisposteI think players are self-entitled, whinging little tampons. Who ever promised you a new raid every expansion? Oh yeah - no one. Tell your mom. She cares. I'm gonna keep an open mind and hold all expectations until content is dropped. It looks promising. There's nothing wrong with a change of pace. Hoping for new forms of adaptable gameplay and new ways to advance players' skills.

The arena and trials of Osiris are things that should have dropped between dlc content. I'm really worried that even with delaying the raid it's going to suck. They tried delaying hard mode crota and it is still buggy. Almost every company has shit on people who buy these season passes for games. I miss my super Nintendo lol.

Especially if they make it so you really rely on having all three players stay alive. So you can not really carry a sub par player. Hell we three man the current raids anyway.

I find it a little concerning that Bungie needs to partition out info about the DLC when it's already done and a release date attached. Makes me think something about all this isn't going to be well received. Otherwise...why delay the details other than to suspend interest of the community?

Hopefully the new thing will be good, surprised about no raid really. That's what was really cool about DLC's especially considering its $20. I do think the excuse of how the communities feedback to them being the reason is pretty lame. If you make a short crap raid what do you expect? Just do better and take more time on the next one not just scrap it. I realize one is coming out later this year but I'd bet that's their plan for a filler to get everyone through to comet as slow as they've been to release content and by slow I mean REALLY slow.

But they're repetitive like everything else and ruined very easily if you get paired with an elitist or an asshole, which isn't unlikely. This seems to be focused on replay-ability and that's flipping fantastic news. I think it's about time they shook things up. Destiny needs a nice new refreshing activity. I can understand why people would be upset. I'm honestly not that big a raider, but they're a hell of a lot of fun, but that doesn't mean this horde mode won't be. Anyone remember Halo's Firefight? Remember how fun that was? Imagine that but Destiny with supers and all that? That little picture there also shows Fatebringer being upgraded. Also some fantastic news, assuming that's applied most weapons and gear. Maybe they'll finally make the Gunsmith useful. No matter what happens people are gonna bitch and moan about Destiny. HoW at least promises to make the Reef useful, which is much more than can be said for Dark Below, and I can't tell you how much that blank space at the top of my director bugs me. I'd much rather have this than a Dark Below "clone" and a raid. They're finally expanding the in game world and its about damn time if I might say so. If minus one raid means some amazing stuff for Comet and beyond including a new raid in September (and hopefully new subclasses) then I'm all for it. Bring it on Bungie!

I'm worried this DLC is going to be mainly aimed at the Crucible. It's already a shotgun fest, but when you add in the amount of lag and extra people who will be trying for the trials of Osiris, it'll be even worse. As long as "the arena" gives good gear, I'll be somewhat contempt
