So plain and simple, the 31's from 2 months ago are not the same as the ones today. I cringe every time I join Crota HM raid group off the forums. I usually see 2-3 31's and possibly a 30 who are trying to get carried through. I'm not the best player but I can hold my own because being a 32 gives you a little room for error. No matter how good you THINK you are, a well placed boomer shot is taking you down. It's the same story everytime. So if you're a 31, don't get offended when someone kicks you, they are just trying to save their sanity. Edit: Ok, I guess I should clarify some things. 1. If you have two 32's but are trying to run your third character who happens to be a 31, you're fine. I'm talking about 31's with less than 10 normal completions. 2. Getting smoked by a boomer is a rare occurrence but it does happen. It happens more often with low levels. 3. Obviously my post refers to the past. I have done more than my share of teaching and carrying, probably more than most who have replied to this post. This wasn't just one bad run and now I'm slamming every 31. 4. If you are lfg in the forums on hard mode, please at least have the decency to tell people you are a lower level. This way an awkward silence followed by a return to orbit doesn't happen.
