SMS Error (1618)
Good Afternoon,
I am having trouble playing raids due to an SMS verification on my Destiny 2 account. I have already tried different browsers, incognito mode, different devices, and ensuring cookies are enable but I believe this is a backend issue with Bungie servers; please help.

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out We've had multiple reports coming in of SMS verification issues and are currently investigating. Here are some steps to try while we resolve these issues. Go to: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360054873751-SMS-Validation Click the Verify Now/validation link on that page, then sign into the same Bungie.net account you use in-game. Enter your phone number and request a code again. Make sure you’ve accepted cookies on Bungie.net and that no browser extensions (like ad‑blockers or cookie blockers) are interfering. Try a different browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox), or a mobile browser (Wi‑Fi + mobile data if possible). Wait at least 5 minutes; if no SMS arrives, re-enter the number and request a new code.
