Every time I walk within the vicinity of Ikora and head back towards the patio/courtyard a white diamond/quest marker appears. I follow it EVERY TIME only for it completely disappear when I get to the courtyard. Once I walk up the stairs a sudden "whoosh" rushes over my characters head. I don't know why and I don't see anything at all. It's by the section where you can turn the light on and off. If I proceed further towards the main section by the elevator and turn around and look back the white diamond/quest marker is back there in the courtyard. It is keeping me there for some reason.
