Destiny Characters Error

In the link above is my character...it has everything linked properly and primary set to the right account... but when I load up Destiny 2 it brings up a fresh account. What do I do

This can trip up players occasionally, particularly on Steam, where it is possible to accidentally log in using a different Steam ID, and this would explain why you're not seeing your characters despite logging in on a linked platform. Please verify you're logging in to the correct platform profile and keep us posted!
