The Real Reason (a stupid one) Why 29's Are Shunned Outta 30 Raids!!
Cause you moron 30's are Vex hunting, Or gun collecting! That's pretty much it. And the reason you don't bring in 29's cause you would shard you're pants if a 29 got a Vex Mythoclast before you selfish bastards did! Please tell me i'm wrong. Why else would 30's still need to run vog hard?? Btw i hope your vex's will still be useful in the moon raid!

I'm sad to see that segregation is still alive and well these days! For those of you that a lil slow, vog 26 is garbage! It will not give me my chest piece, so logically i run hard raid for the helmet! And stop with the damage bla-bla-bla. I hold my own just fine! Almost had Atheon 30 beat last week! But keep the hate coming! YES, let the darkness consume you!!

When i finally get to 30, if not 32, and i will! I will NOT be hangin with other 30-holes! I will continue to help my friends & 28's & 29's! My light will bust through the ugly darkness!!

Ok guardians, i'm not asking for a suicide run. Only ask you take one or two 29's with you now & again. That's all. And since some of you missed it in my first edit, YES, i'm fully aware that 29's deal & take less damage!

Thanx again for those of you that sympathies & relate to going though vog time and time again, only to come up short again with no raid gear!

Lmao, just went through vog 26 with both my titans. My first one got boots....... Again and chatterwhite + shards.
My 2nd titan got corrective measure ...... Again and even more shards & chatterwhite!
Note: I would pay real money for my chest piece! Just saying.

Ran h/mode earlier with a group four 30's & one other 29 besides me and got my helmet! And Timebreaker! And was my first run! So thanks again for the support!!

1 commentaireI have literally never met a 30 that isn't willing to take a 29, like I've done it with two 30's one 29, one 28, and two 27's. Given I was doing it with friends but still, I've only seen posts about people complaining how they can never get into a lobby. And what happens when level 29's finally become 30? Are they all labeled as assholes? Why can people play the game how they want too? Why do you need level 30's to help you anyway? Why don't you play with friends?

1 commentaireLOL im 30 and I run with 29's. and you are correct i was jealous when 3 of them got the vex but at the same time happy for them. But i still run with them. My suggestion to you is join a clan and raid with them.

My group brings 29's in all the time. Of all the people I've played Destiny with I have never come across anyone that would shun a 29 except on these forums.

Havn't read through all the posts, but I've run hard raid on 30 for multiple reasons, trying to get a random exoctic, I've been missing raid helm for my titan, and just helping others out. If you says "why do 30s bother doing the raid" well good luck with only 29's and below, because it doesn't matter what lvl you are, I've got 2 30s and also willing to help people out with whatever, but when they bitch.... Count me out

1 commentaireI work with a lot of 29s, I was the first of my friends to reach level 30 (mostly because of getting lucky in raids) but I continued to work with 29s. I once did the hard raid when I was the only 30, and I've never done a hard raid with all 30s. Not all 30s are bad bro

As a 2 time lvl 30. I do the hard raid on ea character each week even after acquiring 2 vexs because it gives me a chance at exotic weapons.

1 commentaireI hate bringing in 29s who don't have maxed weapons. No excuse. They already do 30% less damage. Or someone who gets caught by the Gorgons 10 times in a row, or doesn't even know how to get to the chests and takes 20 min because the other 29 is running around being seen by the Gorgons. Don't know what side Venus and Mars are on to open the portal. Just some examples of dumb 29s who say they've done the raid 50 times. Some 30s are like that to. It's just easier to run with mostly the same people.

4 commentairesPpl are forgeting that they was in the same shoes befor they hit lv30 I had rounds as lv29 where i outperformed all lv30s in the Raid. In kills, Hobgoblin kills, Oracle kills I know it don't means anything and it is not that importend. But how i said i had this experiences where 30s didn't want 29s, and when you do the Raid ppl are cheesing as much as possible and only working with checkpoint. The only reason and i think the true reason is because of the damage Output from lv30s on Enemies and Bosses. At the same time a lot ppl have the thinking that lv30 means experience and skill (but that is absolutly not true) This discussion will never end! But it is funny to read the opinions ^_^

I got a Vex and I am a 30. So why do you think I will kick you 29s out and any IB 30s now? My answer, I don't want to always carry you through. You may be awesome, but you have reduced damage and can't take as much either. I have been through with fully experienced 30s. It's just easier. Besides, you will get to 30 next Tuesday anyways. Buy a darn 30 light legendary from your faction. No one should be stuck at 29 once the Dark Below drops. No one.

1 commentaireI'm a level 30 with cobbled together armour (2 raid, 1 iron banner and 1 exotic) Done the raid 5 times legit and joined a few sessions at various stages where a lot of cheesing was going on. I don't feel experienced and would happily run with 29s who are. The damage and time extra it takes with a weaker team is massive though and on hard when you lose firepower early it makes it a slog. Add me if you like I have an Atheon hard save that I want to do in the next hour or two and am looking for solid raiders level 30 and 29. I'm on PS3 hyattmarc Any other 30s out there who feel like helping out please come along and I'll happily find room for 2-3 29s

1 commentaireThe issue I have with a lot of 29's is that they talk about how they are rejected because of being 29 and the real reason is that they suck. If you're 29, fine, but one must pull their weight.

I'm lvl 29 and I solo VOG. Don't need no stupid raid armour. It makes you soft. Be a man and do hard raid in man's armour not pretty boy raid armour.

The damage difference is why. I have a vex and two character one 29 one 30. My vex does 336 on my 29 536 on my 30. With a lot of lvl 29 it is harder. Not to mention a lot of people even lvl 30 show up to hardmode without maxed weapons. Compound this with a low level and it is just a bad group. To many people want in on good groups without doing the work. As a 29 I showed up to the raid with weapons maxed or not at all. Don't worry though you can buy light gear and be 30 next week.

Here are some real reason lvl 30s run hard. 1) Double the Rewards and u save time by running it once rather then normal then hard. 2) gun collecting, no duh a chance for free exotics. Everyone collects guns u don't have to be 30. 3) Helping others. Yea there are 30s that only allow other 30s to run with them. Does it really matter? To me if there 30 and only want other 30s that's there choice since there 30 and can hold there own weight. The most annoying is seeing 29s asking for only 30s. I see more 29s ask for a 30 only team more then 30s. Yea most 29s are just unlucky and don't get drops. But these posts are so stupid blaming any one that is 30s for only wanting other 30s. 29s do it too, so just shut up already.

1 commentaireIt doesn't matter how many times you've completed a raid. I've played the raid almost 5 times a day trying to carry a bunch of low levels or kids that don't listen. I've never been lucky enough to have enough friends on at a time to do the raid with. I've even carried people on hard, at least to the gatekeeper and that's from a 29, there's a lot more to players than just level and complitions.
