People are saying your Nightfall buff is interfering. I got 3 in mail and 2 from drop. Put 1 one during Moon Strike, nothing changed, character stayed the same and give didn't do or drop any different. Some postulate that using it in the tower then going on your mission will work better

I can confirm it's not the nightfall buff. I was wearing both at the same time last night. It just simply doesn't work at times. Bungie is working on a fix.

Bungie is going to get swarmed with bugs, they need to get a handle on it before it gets more than they can handle...
