More missing and lacking features from the Xbox One

I'm fairly new to my one (I've owned it a little more than a month) and aside from the obvious horrible user interface, it seems that every other day I run into yet another nuisance that just shouldn't exist. no longer can I send a message to all friends. Rather than improve on this feature from 360 and include an "add all" button, they make it to where we can send a message to 30 friends at a time. What the hell? And also, why the hell can't we pre-download games yet? I know I've persisted with this but seriously, it's extremely convenient! And just now I discovered yet another lack of a great feature: no voice messages?! Are you kidding me microsoft? For the life of me after racking my brain I can't imagine the benefit of taking this away from us. Voice messages are so much more convenient than sitting there typing out a long ass message, and now we can only send it to 30 friends at a time. Listen: I love the xbox one. I love the games, I love the machine. But it's like.....microsoft finally learns how to design the hardware of their console properly, and then they completely disregard interface. why?
