a friend of mine is pregnant
she told me at a cinco de mayo party that i was at today. she is dirt poor, no family to rely on, trying to work her way through community college, and her lazy boyfriend is unemployed and unreliable.
she's not very far along, and she wants to terminate the pregnancy, but her boyfriend is ultra-religious and demands she keep the baby.
what would you advise her to do?

EDIT: I also love how some people will write a person who doesn't support abortion off as being religious or on a high horse. They simply value human life more than you.

I would probably recommend abortion or adoption basing it on what she feels is the best option. Unless she feels like she really wants the kid then she can have it, as long as she knows what she's getting into.
