Halo 3 is crawling with hackers
Has anyone come across any hackers? I've come across 3 and they all had aimbots.

Maybe one in Halo 3, but I've seen like five in Reach(1 pre-TU, 4 post-TU), and about three in Halo 4.

1 commentaireI don't get why hackers hack. You get banned most of the time so your stats will just be deleted. And the only one you can brag about those kills is to yourself. Everyone else would know you're a hacker if you're going 20 and 0 each game.

5 commentairesYou must be very unlucky then. I've played several games of Halo 3 and up and I've only met one hacker. They get banned pretty quick too.

2 commentairesYou don't know hacked games until you have played old call of duty games like WaW. I played my first game and people were flying around with infinite ammo and invincibility. Also MW2 sometimes has that hacked gamemode where everyone jumps really high and has full auto grenade launchers and a full auto AC-130 killstreak but that one is actually pretty fun.

Really? I've played like 40 50 high LW games this past couple of weeks and I've only come across 1 modder. (I've been host booted a few times also though).

Yes... Unless Bungie updated the brute shot to blow up all the vehicles and people once its been fired then I'd say this guys a pretty big hacker.

7 commentairesNot once have I encountered a hacker in any Halo game and the ones I have heard about got banned almost immediately. OP, either you're having an "off" day or you're not very good. The only way you can back yourself up is with proof. A video clip from the view of the "hacker" will do.

1 commentaireI've met some very skilled players online, I wouldn't cry aimbot without more evidence than them just being good at the game. (When I used to go 10:1 in Reach I would get death threat PMs hehe)
