Who cares they messed up a striped piece of fabric.

Bread AND water?! Sounds like the work of Jesus.

We had to watch a documentary about him and his tent city last semester in my Crime and Justice class. I agree with most of his policies, but they should be based on the severity of the inmate's crime committed. If you're a murder and take away someone else's life, I believe all you should be allowed to eat and drink is bread and water, that is until you get your last meal before you're fried.

24 commentairesWhen I was in jail (long time ago and too long of a story to go into) the typical meals only differed from "bread and water" in that there was a single slice of bologna between the bread.

1 commentaireWhy not just stick your dick in the Washington monument? Give inmates flags you know they are going to destroy just so you can get publicity when the obvious happens? Just give him an award that verifies we all know he has a hard-on for America so he can quit using his counties resources to stage publicity stunts.

He is my hero

Good, that's all they should get.
-
This guy is awesome. I am glad he is not my sheriff.

On the subject of bread and water, people have gotten by with that for thousands of years. The inmates should consider themselves lucky that the water is clean.

4 commentairesGotta see the irony when defacement of a symbol of the US constitutes an offence, yet destruction of the US itself is perfectly run-of-the-mill behaviour and actually promoted.

U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!

Whilst the cause for the punishment I wouldn't really see as justifiable, I have no problem about making inmates live on bread and water for a week. Obviously that couldn't be a long term diet but it should certainly be a punishment.

In Arizona: People retarded enough to think a justice system based solely on punishment and ignoring rehabilitation will work.

This is done pretty much everywhere as a form of punishment, it just happens to be in the news because Arpaio did it.
