The other articles I've read about this are very different than the infowars article. Infowars doesn't have a good reputation and Alex Jones has some crazy conspiracy theories. Alas, I wasn't there...so who knows what actually happened. My guess is there was a struggle as the officer has claimed.

Cops are put on paid leave to get them off of the streets.
