I am not meaning a total number of guns to carry I mean ones for quick select, like in the Law of the Jungle CG trailer the Hunter goes from a Sniper to a Assault rifle then later to a Revolver, I see this as ether we have 2 guns to quick select or 3 which I think would be best, I'm going hunter so I will have my sniper to cover my buddies, then a shotgun when I am in an enclosed space, like ruins, then a pistol for mid range combat but what do u all think.

1 commentaireFrom E3 it appears we have 3 weapons, side arm, pistols, medium assault rifles and heavy guns like a rocket launcher or lmg
-
1 commentaireNot sure. As each class of Guardian may have a different amount. Magics are considered a weapon, I assume. So should that limit the amount of physical weapons the Warlock class has? I am looking to be a male, Awoken Warlock. An EXO should be able to carry more than 3 if, an EXO is more war based. Perhaps a Hunter should just have "Precision" based weapons. Which may limit it's need to have more than a rifle and pistol. Still not sure how detailed to each class, weapons will be available.

4 commentairesModifié par CrazzySnipe55 : 6/1/2013 3:53:32 PMDepends on the class. Warlock: 1 Hunter: 2 Titan: 3 IMO. Warlock should rely pretty heavily on their Spagic, so they should probably only need one gun, since that's essentially two weapons. Hunter, obviously, long-range and mid-range or long-range and short-range. Titan makes sense to have three. They're probably the strongest of the Guardians and so it makes sense for them to have a Canon/Heavy weapon, a short range, and a mid-range in case their heavy is too slow for the current combat situation.

3 commentairesLooks like from the gameplay we get 3 people, now lets hear pros and cons of this?

1 commentaireModifié par PainfulThebest : 6/3/2013 5:07:28 PMi want 3 on the d-pad maybe UP on dpad could be something else like waypoint marker or something
-
Ok everyone I know it doesn't say it but I meant only the guns we quick select, like Borderland we carry extra guns in a storage bag or something and have 3 in a quick select menu or button layout
-
1 commentaireI was watching the vidoc the other night and on the mobile app thing it has a picture of someone's guardian and on the right hand side it has "slots" for armour (head, body, legs, feet etc...) and on the left it has slots with guns in them (so the guns that are equipped) and there are three slots. So this leads me to believe you can have three weapons equipped
-
Three just an assault rifle, a handgun, and a big ass combat knife for assassinations
-
3 commentairesWell maybe three or four for campaign, but two weapons for multiplayer.
-
Why not have a whole arsenal of guns like Doomguy? :3
-
All of them!! Lol.. 3 or 4 :)
-
I pick 3, simply because the simplicity of halo's 2 weapon always made sense, and considering Destiny will be a much more diverse game, an extra slot seems like a good idea. Maybe as a bonus, titans will be able to carry four.

13 commentairesDepends hunter 3 Titan 2 and warlock 1 coz he has powers
-
1st slot: special weapon (heavy mg, rpg, sniper rifle). 2nd slot: main weapon ( DMR, assault rifle, shotgun, etc). 3rd slot: backup (SMG, sidearm, PDW) 4th slot: close combat (knife, blade, dagger...) 5th slot: Grenades 6th slot: special equipment (stun grenades, mines, demolition packs)

3 guns and 1 melee weapon
-
4 commentairesI'm pretty sure on the Pathways Out of Darkness ViDoc, there's a shot of the character customisation on the mobile app, with what looks like three weapon slots.
-
3 commentairesI'm thinking two main weapons, then a side arm or melee weapon.
-
2 commentairesHonestly I don't think it would matter, ill leave it up to bungie I'm pretty sure what ever they did will work out... I hope.

11 commentairesModifié par DE4THINC4RN4TE : 5/31/2013 12:36:33 PM2. It really limits your options and causes you to make a choice. 3 or more and you can hold a long, mid, and short range weapon at the same time. This makes you prepared for every situation, and that's no fun. Having to choose between short/long, or mid/long, or short/mid makes you alter your gameplay to a specific way. If every single person can be a sniper, then immediately move up to take on people in close quarters, then move back when enemy reinforcements arrive kills the idea of having a team. Then people fulfilling different roles is quickly replaced by them simply meaning extra firepower. And Destiny is heavily centered around team game play. 2 is the way to go. No more, no less.

Primary, Secondary, and a melee weapon
-
1 commentaireI was thinking just add weight to weapons and after you surpass a certain weight your character suffers/can't carry much more loot.
-
1 commentaireI think 3....but my question is do u think we will be able to dual wield? Like the revolvers the hunter has in law of the jungle trailer!
-
I say three. Two main weapons, like maybe a Sniper Rifle and Submachine Gun (the one not in use is holstered on the Guardian's back) One side arm (small weapon like a pistol or sawed-off shotgun, or a melee weapon like a sword/dagger/hatchet/etc)
-
Primary seconday and additive titan's would have grenades Sniper would have binocs warlock would have a probe droid
-
2 commentairesThree sounds like a nice number.
-
2, a primary and a secondary gun is simplest enough. we don't want to get too carried away
