A. Have a mouth on the back of each of your hands that shouts insults at people nearby at random times?
Or...
B. Have a nine-inch belly-button that wiggles and dances anytime music is heard?

Sometimes Tourette's gives a similar effect to the ones described for my hand mouths. So it's kind of explainable. Plus I could bite and punch people all in one motion, which would be killer in a fight. Also, all food is now finger food. Dancing 9 inch belly button has zero positive things about it.
