720p external video capture card for cheap?
So ya...I'm looking for a video capture card...an external one. The thing is...I don't want to spend $100+ for a video capture card, even if it gives me 1080p recording. I just want a 720p video capture card for preferably under $100.
Anybody know of one? I tried to look for one, but couldn't find one that i wanted.
