So grapple melee too, lol... but grapple shotty is much more accessible because you don't need the upgrades and/or to kit for it. An example of that, forget what it's under... I assume "knifefight" 😜. But there is a perk that increases your melee dmg after using your tactical ability i.e. grapple. This is why I think all the Tier lists that don't have Thief #1 are wrong. You can literally just load your backpack with junk, a few upgrades... some build crafting that synergizes with "The Finer Things".... and you can spam grapple like Drewsky spams slide in his Vandal build. And then all you need is a shotgun. 😈
