trials Shaders
Hi I just flawless in trials and I did not get a nine shader. i am baffled by the issues that are present in the game and the honor of the nine shader is not granted to me. I hope you see this and hopefully rectify this issue because you said you fixed it when you did not.

You're correct that there was an issue impacting these rewards which was addressed in update 9.5.0.5. If you happened to record a videoclip of the incident you experienced, or have screenshots illustrating it, then please consider uploading them to a media-hosting site such as Imgur or Youtube, and linking us to them here. Once we have visuals of what you describe, we'll investigate.
