Hello everyone. I didn't want to open this thread but things really forced me to do. I had 1600 silver and bought the new valkyrie set for my titan. Then I bougt 3000(+500) silver through epic games store on 20 Jan to buy the other two sets for warlock and hunter. Didn't receive the currency in game. Consulted to the epic game support and bungie support. Bungie told me that I could ask for a refund from Epic games and epic games support responded like the purchased item is not refundable so they refuse to refund. This is happening for second time in one month. I had bought another 3500 silver on 19 Dec. Same thing happened and they refused to refund or pay my currency. They claim that it is shown as succesful transfer on their server. Apparently there is something going on with epic games silver purchases. I had bought silver through epic games many times before but I didn't received last two purchases. I'll attach some ss. Unfortunately some of them are in Turkish but I hope it proves my situation.
