Your Reward Track progress for Arms Week isn’t what allows you to Focus the Event weapons; rather the issue is that your [b]Guardian Rank[/b] needs to be 5 or greater to be able to access the option. Having checked your account it appears as though the only requirement you still need to clear to reach Guardian Rank 5 is to complete a Portal Activity with a “Faction Drop” Modifier active. A Faction Drop Modifier tends to spawn some sort of hazard when defeating a certain type of enemy and can easily be identified as such as the line directly under the name for the Mod lists the type as “[b]Faction Drop Modifiers[/b]”. Either find a Portal Activity with such a Modifier set by default or choose to include one through the customization menu, complete the Activity then Rank up as normal and you should then be able to use Ada-1s Arms Week Focusing option.
