I've been unable to claim my rank 16 reward since the most recent week of trials, was hoping it would have gotten fixed on Tuesday reset but since I don't see anyone with a similar issue here I thought I would make a post about it. The image is a bit scuffed but you can see through the window for Shayura's that I am rank 17, but the weapon claims I need rank 16 to collect it, and its preventing me from being able to reset my rank.
