If you have 3 forsaken ciphers (the original post mentions buying the forsaken pack), you have instant access to 3 forsaken exotics of your choosing, excluding tarrabah, anarchy and always on time which require spoils of conquest (raid currency)

Almost all of them are in the kiosk, you need ciphers to buy them, ciphers are 1 per week from xurs quest. I think about 15 of them

I do new accounts regularly when I get bored, & I hate things being missold to new players. I'm actually stuck right now, I need 9 exotics for guardian rank 10 & I'm timegaited by the kiosk, I'm 9 short & there's 9 ciphers left over the next 9 weeks. People genuinely buy it, like the guy above, & think they're getting 20 exotics straight away when it actually takes 4 months give or take
