Do casual gamers exist?
Any fairly mature adults out there with generally limited play time who just want to pick up and play NON-PVP and not necessarily even raids? And no mic requirement?

I’m 45 with limited playtime. I enjoy most pvp and pve content. I don’t enjoy grinding at all. I love playing everything the first few times, but repetitive play annoys me. I really like pvp, but I don’t enjoy having to grind pve endlessly to get the rolls and guns I want. The perk pools are jammed with useless perks and I never get what I want. I don’t understand why the rolls can’t just be customizable mod slots. Why must I repeat the same activity to get a decent roll? Random rolls and rng loot are very off putting to me.

Sure it has endgame and self titled 'competitive' .modes but it isnt a truly competitive or pro gaming game at all. Many confuse no-lifeing or wannabe career gaming to pro gaming, its merely casual gaming with more hours invested. The Mature part likey some out there but going of the comments they are few and far between at times. Not sure if you lfg but if you do requests can be made there. Im strictly a solo player outside matchmade content, I just play to unwind from work personally

40 year old here that plays with a few like minded adults. I would say I'm a little more than casual, and I enjoy raiding and the occasional pvp experience, but I am always down to do whatever needs done. So hit me up if you need people to play with.

You’re welcome to join our clan if you want a fairly chill clan. There aren’t that many players, but we’re all friendly. Every now and then a few of my clan mates will raid, but I never have.

Yup im casual and love playing without a mic. Even if you dont know what to do, or suck like i do in pvp, i dont care just play for the pinnacle.

I play casual activities in Destiny - I have no aspirations in this game other than to spend my down time here…and have fun.. Unfortunately the developer wants you to run 50 raids at an hour and a half a pop to chase an exotic… I don’t have that kind of time and if I did I wouldn’t be spending it here…

47 year old who works 10+ hours a day and prevers crucible, but I do the grind when I need to. Mic is always nice, but not required.

Master NFs and Dungeons are as far as you can go in PvE with no microphone. Raids are a big no-no, GMs are definitely possible but much harder and less consistent. Still, that leaves you with a pretty decent amount of content, more so if you enjoy Gambit.
