i cannot get past a black screen after selecting my character. I have done a full uninstall reinstall and it still won’t help. My friends account logs in just fine on the same Xbox one x. This started during Season of the worrthless. Can someone please fix my account. Who can i call to get this resocled? I have invested too much time and money in this game for me to be unable to even load into any activity.
