So I got onto Destiny to try and group up to finish the last boss of GoS and was greeted by a "Your account has been banned" message. No reason, no warning, no emails from Bungie explaining why. Does anyone know a way to contact Bungie and at least see why my account was banned? Was hoping to finish the raid before the week was over, but I guess that's not going to be happening anytime soon.

Your account was banned because we detected an application capable of - and specifically designed for - reading and modifying the memory of other running programs interacting directly with the Destiny 2 process under your account. The data leading to your ban has been reviewed and your punishment will be upheld. For more info on actions that can lead to account bans, visit https://bungie.net/bans

Hello, Golden here PC bans are usually due to a software being detected by Destiny 2 while it's running. These may include trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. Even if they are not specific for Destiny 2. Bans cannot be overturned. Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned either. All restrictions and bans are carefully looked and monitored by a bungie employee and once they confirm, they take a action. *Note, I am not a bungie employee, just a user trying to help out*

5 commentairesNo way to contact and Bungie does not remove bans. Bungie investigates before they issue and band or restrictions. After investigating you they found a reason. Either you used some software, cheated or have an unstable connection.
