  • I just don't understand how this Company works. I know that Destiny is a much better looking game than Warframe, and more complex. However, DE has what, 50 employees and they are constantly playing, developing, and creating new content. Bungie is now constantly complaining about how hard it is to make new content. I just don't understand how they have 800 employees and can have these issues and need to being in help for DLC. Do they have 1 employee spend a week to reskin 1 gun. I don't claim to know anything about coding, but something just doesn't add up to me. I also don't have connection issues with Warframe, just another thing I don't get. I play both games, and get bored of both of games, so I switch every couple months or so. I know they aren't the same game, but the companies are so different.

    • It's funny how they claim to learn from every feedback they get, but somehow fail to remember those lessons they got from D1. In the end D1 was a good game. They should have continued from that. Instead they went back to start and "learn" same shit again. D3 will be the same.

      • Why is eververse getting a brand new set of armour, and the paid content gets a reskin? Absolutely shocking and a potential deal breaker. Not sure I want to put up with this shitty company anymore.

          Preorder canceled. If on Xbox just log into your Microsoft account. View your purchase history. Find shadowkeep preorder and there will be an option to cancel. Easy as pie. I was pumped for this dlc but as days go by and more info comes out... I'm happy with my decision to cancel my preorder. Raids and raid loot were big reasons why I loved D1. They've had 2 years with d2 and we're getting reskinned eververse armor as raid gear...last straw for me.

          • Destiny is like one of the those pictures where part of it is really well done by some skilled artist and then they have their 5 year old child finish it so half of it is just a stick figure (Luke Smith being the 5 year old in this metaphor).

                Its a drop in the ocean im sure, and 1 guy makes 0 difference to player numbers. But that said, im out. I want a cool looter shooter, not a shitty battlepass , f2p cash grab style set up in which we're steered to a storefront for the coolest looking shit. Reskinned raid gear AGAIN. But guess which vendor gets a unique refresh... I remember at the start of the franchise, you guys made a quote that you wanted destiny to be put on the same shelf as star wars, or harry potter. Instead, your legacy is being put on a shelf with the likes of EA. You guys SUCK

                • Thank you for your honesty Luke , sadly your vision and my desires don't fit each other anymore. In a way the new strategy will keep Streamers on constant grind , surely good PR for you but in reality you are alienating huge number of players like me. People with actual work , family , other hobbies etc.. There were times which my life allowed me to play this game a lot , however that is not the case anymore. I used to have fun playing Destiny , last time i played i was feeling it was my second job. I am sorry but if i have to conduct a second job , you shall start paying me. No hobby shall become a burden on anyone. Thats why i stopped playing 6 months ago. From a Bungie fan perspective Activision was always the bad dude. As their business practices with other games make them a very easy target. But in reality they gave Bungie biggest budget ever. Bungie requested multiple delays for Destiny 1 release and Activision accepted. Bungie decided to chop the game into pieces and ship as it is , Activision accepted. Bungie created many drama's during Destiny 1 lifetime , Activision always backed down Bundie. Bungie lied to their players , Activision was there. Bungie decided to add Micro Transactions , players blamed Activision. Bungie released a terrible state of Destiny 2 , players blamed Activision. Bungie complained that content creation was very hard , Activision game two additional studio to Bungie's assistance to create content in time and handle PC ports. Activision studio's Destiny 2 becomes a major success with faster pace , better gun control Where as Bungie's own Destiny focus consoles start to create serious performance issues. Activision studio's choose not to implement stupid bloom mechanic to games where as Bungie choose to implement bloom for console players. In last 24 month the only good thing for Destiny was forsaken , when Activision see's the sale numbers , it clearly highlighted them that Bungie will never be able to get back their departed players because of many issues Bungie created in past 7 years. Activision decides to depart away from Bungie and marriage ends. Players again choose to blame Activision. I hate Activision with all my guts , Destiny is the only Activision game i played on number of years. I try to avoid their games like a plague , however on Destiny case i really don't blame them and as a 44 year old business man , i can actually see that they made a very clever business move. They can keep their resources for their own games which generates them more revenue. Bungie is not the old Bungie that created Halo master piece. Destiny dream started shaping with the original team. Last remaining genius's of old Bungie team was alienated and fired from Bungie before Destiny release. The new people that are responsible these days like Luke Smith etc.. can't simply handle the old vision and they simply failed to do so in past 7 years. Destiny will always be remembered as one of the biggest visions but poorest implementation in reality. I wish you luck Guardian's on your future. I will now pursue my joy in different games , however if you still continue to enjoy Destiny , make sure to slave all future reskinned boss's

                    • It's no secret that warlocks are the least played class since d1. Not saying we're useless in pvp and things aren't good I feel gimped unless I play Titan or Hunter which by the way have dominated crucible. When something gets nerfed or re adusted the whole thing gets nuked. Time after Time everything about warlocks are neglected each twab proves that. Whenever warlocks are in the twab they get the one buff and the most amount of nerfs. Why is it warlocks since d2 have the slowest melee speed for an uncharged melee when they're all the same range? Why is it warlocks have the shortest charged melee range and the slowest charged melee in the game? It's bad enough we have the worst jumps in the game and we're the slowest. Tied to the slowest movement without the aid of traversivse steps and dawnblade. We also have the worst jumps. Astrocytheverse doesn't fix the issue with blink and that's you can shoot the blink trail as you character is stretched and it'll count as a head shot. We also have the worst grenades without any additional perks to aid them. axion bolts follow the enemy like an arc soul, scatter grenades do absolutely nothing, fire bolts are just as worse as fusion grenades. There's such a delay to them. Scatter grenades have had a activatiom delay or no activation an issue since d1 beta. (Top Tree Daybreak) For a class focused on in air combat it surely hinders you in doing so. Why is it that hunters have better in air accuracy then entire subclass centered on in air combat? For me to reduce some sort of in air accuracy penalty I need to get a melee hit in. The in air accuracy bonuses from getting a melee in from Swift Strike is almost unnoticeable. Which an Icarus grip you see results instantly the moment boots leave the ground. If only swift strike could also be activated from grenade hits as we we might actually see something there. Don't forget you have to make use of the worst jumps in the game both strafe or balanced jump which hinders the function of daybreak since it moves faster with burst. Which top tree doesn't grant tracking or extend duration. Icarus dash 7 solid seconds to a cooldown. With no additional effects which by the way feels like an eternity. It's not like icarus dash can make me go invis, stop tick damage, break aim assist, break tracking, condense my hit box, reload my gun, or give me an entire melee charge. It needs a cooldown of 3.2 seconds and can double dash when swift strike is active. The only thing top tree has is cooldown to melee and grenade when getting kills in the air. Why is it on super activation I get my abilities back when I get them back just by getting a kill from the air in super? It should blind nearby enemies when activating daybreak. Well of Radiance is getting a damage resistance nerf which makes no sense btw. It's not like I'm over here tanking everything like the good ole ward of dawn. Which you can't challenge without a suppressor grenade another super or tractor cannon. Currently slug shotgun will put you down, one sniper head shot puts you down so does high impact fusions and precision frame. But wait there's more. Pulses and scouts, pulse grenades, solar grenades, vortex grenades can put you down. I see an enemy well I challenge it I see ward of dawn forget. I Feel safer impaling someone with the sword thrust walking away and playing the rest of the map then I do standing in my well. (attunment of the sky) The super is the only thing going for it. There's no neutral play whatsoever! Phoenix dive is utterly useless in and out of super. When someone hears daybreak you betcha everyone is gonna run not sit there waiting for you to slam on top of them. Which has a long animation btw. Phoenix Dive out of supers has no purpose it has been nerfed the same time Wormhusk did as it literally grants the same effect. It doesn't matter how high up you go there's a cap to health restoration. But it's okay I can use it every 6 seconds after floating in the air just to fall slower then a floating warlocks. All it has is pve gimmicks fall down faster, turn vertical lifts into a poormans bounce house and not take fall damage. (chaos reach) still blinds the user all while having one of the lowest damage resistances. You'd think that being suspended and trapped in the air you'd have a good fighting chance. Wrong you get shutdown effortlessly. Only if ionic blink was tied to a jump option and not trapped on top tree stormcaller since we invented blink. Cast chaos would truly shine. chaos reach blink change direction blink and combo it together. ionic Trace will travel away from you on kills. (attunment of conduction) The only thing wrong with it is jump cancels your attack which makes no sense as every other roaming super doesn't penalize you for jumping. Feedback should replace ionic blink. Ionic blink replaces either strafe or balanced glide. Feedback Getting hit by an enemy melee recharges and intensifies your melee. bottom tree stormcaller) Electrostatic Surge lost what made it viable back in d1. I don't care for the rift cooldown nor the super cooldown. We have to many exotics tied to rifts. electosatic also had the effect of enemies nearby when stormcaller is active would take damage giving it more offensive and defensive capabilities. Bottom tree is also effected by the jump cancelation of stormtrance. Rising Storm melee needs to grant the same range as amplitude. top tree nova bomb) chaos Accelerant doesn't work with charging scatter grenades. a charged scatter grenade should perform like the same benefits granted from nothing manacles. Entropic pull) feels very lack luster It needs an additional perk tied to it. Entropic pull melee hits cool down nova bomb. nova warp) atomic breach melee isn't applying neither effects of Knock back or detonation which deaths that should be a trade are not. While mortar blast will always proc for titans and can result in trades. I can so just flat out lose the melee charge off to not have any effects but an extended melee. When nova warp ends most of the time I can't fire my gun. I have to pull the trigger twice to be able to engage with my weapons. uncharged blasts from nova warp do little to no damage as well as the radius is inconsistent. This is also a huge disadvantage considering it's our best attack to deal with other roaming supers otherwise I need to charge up then detonate which the enemy has more then enough time to strike mutiple times. It will also end up leaving enemies at little to no health from a super. Nova warp needs a full blast detonation on super activation. it just can't contest other supers whatsoever. I have to work 10x harder to take out another super. Bottom Tree nova bomb) No secret is the worse shutdown super in the game. The moment I toss it gravity instantly takes effect. Yes it getting a buff what's this the 4th buff and it's still will most likely be trash. Devour seems so medicore now and I loved making use of it in y1 but since d2 it's been phased out. Can't begin to tell you how many times I'll lose devour to others just looking to take a kill in some cases would of kept me in the fight. Devour is missing something when it's active, killing enemies extends it's duration and needs to grants increased melee speed, movement speed and recharges your grenade. While Devour is active using nova bomb grants the benefits of Lance. I've you've read this I appreciate that. You might not agree but I'm sick an tired of warlocks being so pve driven and never getting buffs or beneficial changes. The only changes we seem to get are drastic nerfs and bungie neglects warlocks all the time. each twab proves that.
