In no ones defense comp is more engaging and satisfying, on the other hand if people who want to play with me can't handle that then I go into qp. Should I be punished for not having to try as hard with people who are trying their best? Qp let's you mess with loadouts you usually dont use and it's fun just to hang out with friends and pubstomp. I'm not going to apologize or lower my plays because its qp. If you dont want to get yeeted learn engagements, if you play people who are lower then you then you will never improve. It's not an excuse, as I said before I'm not taking sides just a perspective. If you don't improve that's on you. If I play against people who are worse then me I wont improve that's why I play comp because I'm challenged. Absolutely disagree 100%. Playing people considerably higher skilled has no learning curve whatsoever, the opponents should only be slightly better than the next guy to make the game fair. People can play with their highly skilled friends, it should just work off the highest ranked in the fireteam, you then have the option to play with way better players rather than be forced. Highly skilled players are not gonna hang around til their opponents learns how to counter, game will already be over before that even factors into it not every skilled player has the same play style so it’s difficult to learn to counter multiple play styles whilst dying over and over. Quick play is only fun for skilled players and their pals, these people will never want quick play to change. They have a mode to kick back and relax, lesser skilled players don’t. We ain’t gonna agree either and bungie won’t change shit so it is what it is, a fun game mode for a select few players 🤷‍♂️
