Had to walk to work in pouring rain
My shoes and socks have been wet, soggy, and gross for 7 hours now.
This is actual torture.
That is all, you may continue with your day.
Edit: Today is nice and sunny. My suffering has ended.

1 commentaireMy first move whenever I get soaked like that is to purchase socks from the nearest pharmacy, duane reade, etc. Athletes' Foot is a cruel thing and a day in wet socks is a fast way to get it. Glad it went better but for the future go with new socks as soon as you get somewhere dry.
