Don’t get me wrong, the Switch has a lot of great games ( Octopath Traveller, Bayonetta Collection, Mario Odyssey, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Gris, etc ), but Breath of the Wild is probably ‘The’ game that appeals to the widest demographic of gamers. Breath of Wild is a system seller, aside from Mario Odyssey, I cant say that for any other Switch game.[/i]

BotW was great, but not the best Switch game. So far, I'd argue that title goes to Hollow Knight, but I am early in that game. I also think Mario x Rabbids, Dragon Quest Builders (and its upcoming sequel), DK Tropical Freeze and soon to be Luigi's Mansion 3 are better. Mario Odyssey is equal quality to BotW, but I enjoyed it slightly more.

Personally? Doesn’t even hit top 10 games for me. Probably not even 30. Just didn’t enjoy it, though I can’t say it was a terrible game. It just wasn’t for me.
