The biggest plot hole I found was the fact that they were explicitly told they had to put the stones back or else it would throw off the entire timeline... ... then Thanos and his army come from the past and die in the future. With no Thanos returning to the past, would that not throw off the timeline? [b] [/b] I suppose you could argue Tony snapped them back to the past with no memory of their time in the future but Nebula is dead-dead. If she went back to being alive, what's to stop them from bringing Loki back, or possibly even Natasha? If you can exchange a single soul for the soul stone, could you not exchange the soul stone for a single soul or is there a "no backsies" policy? Also, seeing as it was confirmed that Gamora was within the soul stone (as indicated by her final dialogue with Thanos in [i]Infinity Wars[/i]), it stands to reason Natasha would be in there too. [b] [/b] The cheeseburger line got me too. Also, as soon as Peter said, "Mr. Stark?" after Tony did the snap, I was nearly positive he'd follow it with, "You don't look so good."
