Last wish was part of an expansion though. To give that 2.83% better context, we need to know the % of players that bought (or were given) D2, CoO, Warmind and then Forsaken. The 2.83% is of total D2 players, so includes the millions that bought base D2 then left as it was dogshit. If only 2.84% bought Forsaken..well then!
That said, point 1, why not.
But point 2, no.

I would actually like to find a stat that shows how many forsaken players even attempted the raid and also scourge of the past raid. That would be more informative. Thanks for the post.

Not sure where to look for that. RR has just over 610k accounts listed with a full LW completion (across 3 formats), and Scourge just under 319k (full, 3x platforms etc). Big drop between the two, suggests AP was a flop (given how easy Scourge is too...). Levi has 2.18 million. Eater 989k. Spire 245k. Kinda suggests a big drop in Forsaken buyers compared to D2 base game buyers, which we all knew. Kinda suggests Spire is too hard for most (it really isn't).
