Synthesizer Upgrade quests not working on alternate characters
My titan has a blue synthesizer and has a weekly bounty that upgrades it to purple, telling me to complete the highest tier i can 4 times to do so, along with the secondary task on the bounty.
My hunter has a green synthesizer but the weekly upgrade quests also indicate that it is trying to upgrade the synthesizer to purple. Completing tier 1 does not count toward the weekly upgrade bounty but i cant launch tier 2 to attempt to upgrade it. Tier 2 does show in the explorer for both my titan and hunter, but when accessing it from my hunter it says I don't have access to the activity.

I got a helmet on my hunter and synthesizer upgraded .... now I have the quest to get a helmet on my warlock, but waging weak motes do not count towards quest completion, my warlock only has green motes and is unable to access Tier 2 even tho my warlock is higher light level than my hunter.
