Bungie can you increase the drop rate of these if you're putting them in quests especially if another step is to complete Shattered Throne which is time-locked. I understand they are meant to be rare drops but still is like a slap in the face to players who want to get the quests done but have shitty RNG and then a time-lock on content. Oh and to all the players moaning about Niobe Labs and the 4th forge check the road map, there is no 4th forge so stop moaning and suck it up. The road map says for 3 forges, Niobe Labs (with its insane puzzles) and The Draw quest for Last Word.
