Overwork your body...
-
If you have a bike do that, swimming is best for people with weak joints, running is hardest on you but rewarding. Cardio, cardio, cardio. Lift high rep low weight for toning.
a bit round on the sides
Find a big hill and roll yourself down it!

Start simple and chill. Work cardio and build up your general fitness level. Maybe tweek your diet a bit as well. Give it time. Set reasonable goals. Stick with it. Once your energy level and fitness improve, you’ll be more confident to start branching out into different activities/workouts.

3 commentairesIdk, when I go to the gym I push myself too far and black out. You know how scary it is to slowly lose consciousness? I'd recommend either doing stuff at home to start, and then go to the gym when you're already on the track to getting fit, or going with a friend who will spot you and keep you out of harm's way should something happen.

If you have an open soccer field I would suggest going there and just messing around with the ball and some friends. It's a simple sport and pretty fun. Sort of casual fitness

Planks Push ups Squatting with a broom handle to help your form.

1 commentaire
If you have not been on the gym in ages
Parachute, obviously. Now for IN the gym, it all depends on your goal. Is it purely weight loss and toning, or bulking up? If it's weight loss and toning, cardio, some intermediate weights. If it's for bulking up, get ready to spend a ton on supplements, and possibly stressing out your muscles. Frankly, if you're not built for that, don't push on it too much.
