Stop supporting streamers, because they don't support us.
Forsaken exotics are not dropping, ridiculous quests for easy to use weapons. And not a word from them.
The summit worked, streamers are silenced out of fear of losing access.
We are the players, the customers. Stop watching, liking, and giving them money.

All the brainwashed kids that listen to streamers are a problem with gaming today. It really is no different than how easy it is to get people to pre-order a game because if it looks good, it must be good right? Don't get me wrong, the skybox has done a great job but the rest of the game besides the skybox and activities is majorly lacking.

Forsaken is the best destiny 2 has been (ratings, player count, overall views on all platforms) so yeah please don't make bungie ruin d2 again.

9 commentairesThey stopped responding and "Listening" because they have nothing to sell to us atm, when are people going to realise that game devs DO NOT CARE about customers or fanbases until they have a product or DLC about to drop? And you're right about streamers/youtubers, they overlook or completely omit anything or everything about the shi77y drop rates of forsaken exotics because they are afraid of losing their access to exclusives, free stuff and visits to bungie, not all of them but the vast majority. We still know less than 10% of what really happened at the "sumit" because of the non-disclosure, even though Forsaken has been out for six weeks now, NONE of the people who attened as our "Representatives" even mention it anymore which BS in it's own right.

I love it now actually. I think that the DLC is very good. I think the game is being portrayed just as it should be. It's fun. Destiny is back and that means it's not casual anymore. Being overly casual is NOT what an MMO-RPG should be. Even one like Destiny that's been called an "MMO-Lite".

Also forsaken exotics have been dropping, just not enough drops for people that have already collected year 1 exotics. (I've gotten shards of galanor, black talon, and lord of wolves so far in forsaken). Also some of my friends have picked up 1 or 2 forsaken exotics.

3 commentairesNothing to see here, just petty jealousy as usual. You see it so many times that it just becomes "waaahhh! Streamers killed me in crucible! Bungie only cares about them!" Or "waaaaaahhh!! Ace of spades quest is too hard!!! -blam!- NO LIFE STREAMERS!!!" By the amount of toxicity the pve crowd have towards streamers, you'd think they killed their dog and are actively trying to kill destiny. [spoiler]and yes, pve players. The insane whining they do towards anything pvp or streamer related is stupid. Pvp players usually just bitch about the matchmaking (which includes me lol)[/spoiler]

9 commentairesI don't think a lot of you guys know the risk, time, and effort to be in the entertainment business on the internet side (streaming, YT, ect.). The biggest risk is becoming and staying relevant. At any moment, anything can happen: the platform they are on (YT, Twitch) could go under for any reason, they lose their fanbase they work so hard to create, and/or (and this is really big rn) they could get tied up in the wrong side of a controversial topic. Not to mention the hours a day streamers have to stream just to stay relevant. They miss one day and it could mean the end. And I'm not trying to defend every single one of them. There are plenty of streamers and YTers that just need to stop and ultimately got lucky to be in the position they are in, but there are still some that deserve it - I don't watch streamers to name any, but I can list a bunch of YTers (some that do Destiny and others that are just general content creators) that deserve everything they have. Sadly, the bad ones and the stupid idea that it's "not a job", "easy to do", and "they live in their mom's basement", just put them down for no reason. I know this is off topic of what OP had, but its most of the replies I'm seeing. It all comes down to jealously (even if you say you are not) and if you are one of those people to want to see them fail and have to get a "real job", you are petty as -blam!-.

They can’t possibly listen to what people say on forums, their filled with salt, random calls for nerfs and other garbage. Should they draw random names from a hat who will only represent themselves? Nope. They listen to streamers, because many of them represent a portion of the player base and not just themselves. You might not like it, but what is the alternative?

What does streamers have to do with Forsaken exotics not dropping? And what are the ridiculous quests exactly, and why is it a problem that the weapons are easy to use? So far in Forsaken i have only experienced a couple of issues. 1) Infusion system is to costly, and most of the community agree pretty heavily. Getting, upgrading, masterwork and testing different weapons and gear is a core part of whats fun in this game. The high cost is makes it frustrating , and the grind should be getting the right roll and nothing else. 2) Way to low spawn rate on the malfeasance Prime-evil. I have played between 290-300 games of Gambit and seen it drop just once. (thankfully we killed it). I play solo 98% of the time so its a struggle. 3) New exotics. I play twice as much as most of my friends, and have done a lot more hard activities then them. I am the only one that has not even seen hints of the new non quest exotics. One of them have 4 new exotics. 4) The gambit bounties need a remake. They should be designed in a way that forces people to play for victory and nothing else. 5) Matchmaking system need some serious work. And so does the ranking systems, they should be more fun, more competitive. Look no further then League of legends who in my opinion have the best ranking system in the history of gaming. 6) Strikes need to be like mythic + dungeons in WoW. With that said, i think Forsaken is the absolute best version of Destiny ever released.

1 commentaireI've never watched a streamer. Probably never will. Don't care if they succeed or not, doesn't bother me. I do look up walkthroughs on YT from time to time and I greatly appreciate the people who don't talk much or not at all. I like when they get straight into what needs to be done without all that filler crap.

1 commentaireI mean if it's entertaining to watch a streamer I'll watch them, and I mostly play the game for PvP so the only exotic I'm crazy about is one-eyed mask, and I think it's good that exotics are rare and I don't find quest to be all that hard, they can be challenging but they definitely should be, all you gotta do is grind them out a bit and you'll finish it, I don't want some causal game where exotics rain from the sky and every quest is "kill 1 dreg, congrats you finished the quest" lol

I have been playing irregularly the past few weeks, and I have gotten 4 new foresaken exotics so far. They do drop just stop trying to burn yourself out. The grind is easy. The raid is REAAALLY easy. The quests are also very easy. Stop asking to be handed out like D2 year 1. What we needed was more DIFFICULTY in the game to warrant the customization changes. It didn't happen so. here we are. So many things we have done but nothing was all that difficult and we completed them.
