Bungie isn't a 503(c) or co-op last I checked. Don't misread me as smug or flippant, just trying to let some of the unproductive emotion out for the discussion. Look you are the customer, an involved one as the forums represent a small amount of the base. You paid for the game already. The only influence you have is whether you buy another Bungie product. But that's off in the distance which gives them time since they control product releases. But I can also tell you that they are mining MTX data and those people are customers too. And whether you like it or not, that recurring revenue has more influence. That's how it works.
