UpVote if MAYHEM should stay!
Hoping its not an Event Only Mode. Lets get this trending so it stays after the Dawning as a Permanent mode!
Edit: As pointed out below, if added. Please Bungie make it a separate mode to CHOOSE and not added to the Forced Playlist.
Edit: Lets keep this going. A mode that was made for pure fun and craziness that was removed for some reason. It is back and needs to stay.
My guess is they wont keep it because it will be player more than the Crucible forced Playlist.
Edit: Some of these comments are hilarious. Mayhem sold as Ever verse Boons!

At least bring back weekend playlists! Even if it isn't everyday, having a rotating list of weekend playlists types would be a breath of fresh air. The real reason Mayhem is fun is because it's different. All the maps and game modes essentially play out the same and have the same core mechanics and rhythm. Even this would get boring over time. Heck put in the modifiers for heroic mercury adventures into a crucible playlist, make it rotate the modifiers so we're always in our toes. Little stuff like that would make a world of difference.

Certainly fine with it staying (choices are good) but it has already gotten a little old for me after 10 or so games. It a pretty thoughtless game variant, but definitely a stress free alternative though.

54 commentairesDestiny is a game with supers and abilities, to actually be skilled at this game you should be able to dominate in this mode. If you are complaining this mode requires no skill than you just want CoD with a slow TTK and you should GTFO

3 commentairesI freaking love mayhem now and i loved it in D1 Those competitive snobs that think they are above having fun can kiss my hairy ginger ass. It's about having fun and you can be good at pvp and still like it. It's about having fun not being serious. The name says it, it is utter chaos and not something i would want to do all the time but so much fun when your in the mood to go nuts. Could you imagine the salt if they made Trials mayhem for one weekend.

Why are there [i]less[/i] crucible options in D2 than there were in D1? So we praise Bungie when they restore them one by one? They took Mayhem away so they could give it back to us, thereby giving us something 'new' with out actually giving us anything new. They'll bring back custom games, something that was in D1, and we'll say 'Praise Bungie, they listen'. They'll bring back the option to pick clash, control, etc. and we'll say 'Praise Bungie, they listen'. When the truth is if they 'listened' all that stuff would've been back after the first two weeks, or never cut to begin with. Putting Mayhem in the Dawning is equivalent to stealing your girlfriends earrings then wrapping them up and giving them to her as a Christmas present.

Mayhem is the best yo happen in d2 crucible Atleast for me. I didn't play it much in D1 because I didn't really like to depend on supers to get kills but it's way better than all the other game modes because it's actually fast pace for once.

I actually do really well at this mode. I don't know why. I think it's because players are a lot more aggressive and split up a lot, and I win gunfight 1v1 most of the time. I just stink at D2 because of the emphasis on team shooting. In D1 I could push a team of 3 and destroy them all. That's not possible anymore. Bungie gates offense. Mayhem always promotes offense, which is more fun.

I think something that would be really great was if we had rotating weekly pvp playlist like back from d1. Where one week could be mayhem, the next maybe just control, or something like combined arms. I think it would be a small but awesome change
