I played Destiny 2 for several days without any error codes. Since Monday, however, I have been unable to play the game because of "error code buffalo." The game will start like normal and ask me to press Enter. After I do so, the game will try to connect for about a minute, before an error message appears on the screen. It says "ATTENTION You must restart the application using Blizzard's Battle.net app in order to play Destiny 2. For more information, visit help.bungie.net and search for error code: buffalo." I do launch the game through Battle.net, of course, and I am only logged on with one computer. This message appears every time I try to play the game. I have tried every fix I can think of, such as reinstalling the game, reinstalling battle.net, resetting my modem, forwarding ports, etc. Nothing works.

1 commentaireSame problem here. Now I came by another thread that might explain your problem... If you are playing destiny 2 on a network shared with others, and someone else is also playing D2 on this same network, it might be causing the issue. I mean, it doesn't fix anything, but if it is someone you know you can maybe at least discuss playtime or something... please let me know if you are sharing your network, because that might also be my issue if you do. and if you aren't there might be still hope for me, too.
