For anyone still missing their level 40.
I was messing around trying to figure out why I didn't see my spark of light anymore. I had already leveled up 1 character all the way and thought I might of deleted it so I was going through my vault and added the heavy telemetry to my new character and guess what popped up behind it, yep you guessed it, my spark of light. I just added the telemetry and spark of light came up in its place. So I added the spark and used it. Now I have 2 characters at 40. Woohoo.

now it’s super late but i just bought the dlc packs and everything i have two characters on my xbox acc now my little brother freaking used the level up on his character can i still use it on mine?
