People not backing me up. Sometimes I lose a gunfight and leave the other with a sliver of health, then my teammate just runs away instead of finishing him off....

I can't tell you how many times me and a teammate have been in a 2v1 situation and the bastard waits until I'm dead to start firing.Then half the time he gets killed also instead of just helping me gun him down in the first place.

Exactly, it's a team thing really. You might not end up with a high k/d but you contributed by helping your teammates.
