After I completed the final bit of TTK, Clayde-6 offered me a choice of 3 Vanguard Packages for reaching Rank 1. I chose the weapons package, got some Mote of Light and coins (didn't see which kind, it just kinda flashed up on the right) and nothing else. I was pretty sure the package (while inspecting it, like I did all three, to see what they contained) said a weapon at the very least was guaranteed. There is nothing in my consumables to open (for that at least), nothing in the Post Office, left with the Vanguard Quartermaster or any of the three Vanguard Commanders, nothing.
