This video was posted today by True Vanguard on his YouTube Channel. It shows EVERYTHING that is wrong in The Crucible with regard to the imbalance between player speed, augmented durability skills...and the killing power of primaries.
In the video, you're seeing the lengths that one of the best players in the game has to go through SIMPLY TO STAND HIS GROUND against a Juggernaut/skating/shotgun Warrior. One who is basically just bum-rushing him from mid-range, (when Vanguard makes his effort to take him out) and making no effort to doge his fire.
This video shows why Bungie will NEVER be able to nerf shotguns enough to fix this problem. Not when a Titan skater can charge at you from the entire length of that back courtyard on Bannerfall...and NONE of the game's primaries can do enough damage to kill him before he reaches shotgun range.
[b] Effectively making a Matador 64 into a mid-range weapon that can dominate what are SUPPOSED to be the game's mid-range weapons. [/b]
The game's primaries are so weak, that the only reliable counter seems to be what are basically TWO special weapons: Pop the shield with a No Land Beyond...and then hose the guy down with a side arm. ....and that's once again, in the hands of one of the game's best snipers.
To those who want to say, "Oh but the game will have a CoD TTK."
This video is showing you that the game ALREADY has a CoD TTK...and that shaving a few feet off of Matadors range....or adding a few frames to its handling won't solve this game's fundamental problems.

No guns need a buff apart from maybe side arms, and a few auto riffles. Perhaps a slight nerf to shotgun readying post sprinting would do the trick, and a foot of the stormcaller melee. If TTK goes up anymore it will be getting close to being cod of titan fall.

None of the weapons need balancing players just need to adapt as the game changes, I'm not the best player by far but there are plenty of times I've countered a juggernaut shotgunner at mid range. It's not the Titan shield and shotgun that's the issue the issue is when the weapons/combos are being overused crucibles filled with shotguns now rather it that then having to deal with constant snipers nailing you at spawn.

Well honestly TV isn't exactly one of the, "best snipers". And with enough practice quickscoping the jugg shield becomes very easy. Not to put anyone down it's just pretty simple if you want to try it ;)

They should buff primaries but also buff titans to have like 700 hp.

4 commentairesModifié par MSR9889 : 1/5/2017 1:18:57 PMThe problem with juggernaut is when they are rushing you, you can't move or jump or grenade them or shoot their shield down or super them or kill them with a fusion rifle or kill them with a side arm or snipe their shield down or even snipe their head or shotgun them when the shield drops. No other class in the game stops you from doing any of those things. It's ridiculous... Also LMAO at crying about jugg shield and posting a video about how to beat it to defend your stupid opinion. Way to enforce your credibility lol.

Make primaries OP as hell. Just go back to year one stuff where things were fun. This game is almost done anyway, so why not end it with some real fun. (FYI I'm not a year one player myself, but I watched Destiny vids since it's launch.)

My only complaint is the titan jug shield should not be able to save a titan from a golden gun shot. Ok one more high caliber rounds on some primarys should be replaced.

Agreed buff primaries, especially exotics. Exotic primaries suck right now. Bungie should nerf fushion rifles while they are at it just because.

I don't really care about pvp. Do what you want there but stop messing with them in pve. Not sure if you get more clearer than that

I don't necessarily want it to go back to y1 with TLW and thorn two tapping and the like but I would like to see primaries be buffed And I would like to see RNG weapons like Hand cannons and fusions either adjusted so they are consistent or have all other guns be inconsistent as they are

Nobody is denying jug needs to have legitimate counters. Anything that says "piercing" should go through it. As for getting rushed, GIT GUD

If they put all primary's back to their best, you would have a pretty balanced crucible. with the exception of a few ( TLW, thorn, vex and suros ) every thing would be matched fairly. And you still wouldn't have a twitch shooter like cod.

The calls to nerf everything that kills you is getting ridiculous every day there is someone whining on about i got killed to an ufair setup.
