It's very likely that the streamer reported you, and bungie gave you a crucible restriction based on your match history that shows most of your recent matches are against teams who's players "lose connection". You have the same type of match history that a team using DOS attacks to boot their opponents would have. If that's the case here, what's broken is that you didn't receive a total permanent ban.
